Procedure:

Please complete this form with your full name, email address and a detailed description of the problem encountered or the desired modification. Add photos as attachments if necessary. A minimum fee of $45+tx must be paid for any modification or repair request that is not covered by our warranty.

Once your request has been processed, we will send you an invoice by email to cover the necessary fees. When you have paid the fee, you will receive our physical address by email. You can come and bring us your replica in person or send it by post at your expense. We strongly advise you to send it with a tracking number and insurance.

If additional charges are necessary, you will be contacted in advance by email. Once you approve the additional charges, we will send you an invoice to cover them.
