We ship anywhere in Canada. All orders totalling $75 or more before taxes are shipped 100% free. Order with oversized articles is subject to a fixed special handling fee of $35, that applies to the entire order irrespective of the number of items. Orders totalling $74.99 of less before taxes are shipped at a flat rate of $20 + Tax. These offers do not apply to areas served by Air Stage Offices including but not limited to these addresses* in which case shipping will be calculated after the order is processed and will have to be paid separately.

Shipping is typically through Purolator or Canada Post Expedited Parcel (our choice), fully insured and signed for shipped from our premises within maximum 3 working days of the order being confirmed. While taking all reasonable care to ensure orders arrive in a correct and timely fashion, Division XP cannot take responsibility for any errors on behalf of transport agencies resulting in missing or damaged items but will assist with insurance claims in such cases. The responsibility for honouring insurance claims remains with the transport agency and Division XP will not accept liability in the event of partial or complete refusals of such claims. If a delivery cannot be completed because you are not there, not available or because of a mistake you made (wrong address, etc...), all costs for return and possibly shipping again will be at your cost.

For high volume/weight shipments, we reserve the right to use a different carrier of our choice, however you will be contacted beforehand for confirmation. If you prefer to use a carrier of your choice, please let us know at checkout and we will wait for you to contact us describing your preferences. The cost of shipping in that case will need to be paid separately once it is calculated. We do not currently offer international shipping through our website but you can contact us at support@divisionxp.com for particular cases. We do our best to ensure the accuracy of our online inventory but if for whatever reason we are unable to provide the products you ordered, we will be happy to either refund the value of the unavailable goods immediately or provide credit for the value of the unavailable item + 10%. If the unavailable item reduces the value of the order to 74.99$ or less before taxes, it will still be shipped for free if it was originally eligible for free shipping.

Pickup orders must be picked up within 60 days from the date of confirmation code receipt. After this interval items will be returned to our inventory and the amount paid will be credited in the form of a coupon code valid in our store of the same value. This code will be sent to the e-mail address used to make the order.

Warranty are accepted for the original buyer only.

Division XP offers a limited 1 year warranty on parts and labor on all replicas and markers as well as a 7 days warranty on accessories. For Gel Blaster markers, the waranty is 90 days parts and Labor. Our warranty voids and replaces the manufacturer's warranty at your request on your first repair and covers manufacturing defects and operational malfunctions occuring after normal use as determined by Division XP. This means that you will benefit from rapid turnaround time on warranty repairs thanks to our expertise and stock of replacement parts.

If you prefer use the manufacturer's legal warranty instead, we would be happy to either contact the manufacturer on your behalf or provide you with contact details. Division XP will not however accept liability for any refusals, delays or additional costs on the part of a third party. Since the majority of manufacturers are located in Asia, the cost of transport alone may not make warranty arrangements economically feasible.

In order to ensure that the items you receive are fully functional, all replicas, markers and electronic devices are tested prior to shipping. Pressure containers such as gas magazines are also tested for leakage. You can request that your order not be tested or manipulated prior to shipping while checking out, however we will not be able to offer our warranty on these items.

Articles must be used according to the manufacturer's and shop's recommendations, with appropriate accessories and within the parameters of normal usage. Blank firing (shooting without ammunition) or prolonged automatic fire for example puts unneccessary stress on replicas and invalidates the warranty. Pressurized containers such as gas magazines and bottles are sensitive items and are tested for leaks after purchase, but any subsequent leaks are not warrantied. Any part or accessory whose compatibility cannot be verified at the time of purchase is not warrantied, exchangable or reimbursable if subsequently found to be incompatible, including but not limited to magazines, optics, rails, adapters, motors, barrels etc.

Abnormal use voiding the warranty includes but is not exclusive to these examples:
- The use of poor quality ammunition other than polished and correctly sized BBs
- The use of propane instead of Green Gas in an airsoft replica
- Disassembly or attempted repair by any individual not officially authorized by Division XP
- The use of poor quality batteries with incorrect polarities or voltages beyond the manufacturer's recommendations

Additionally the warranty does not cover:
- Articles purchased for resale or rental
- Items that may be prematurely worn depending on usage such as hop-up units and other seals, motors, batteries, fuses etc...
- Damaged adjustment screws or levers that could have been forced beyond their normal range of operation
- Gas leaks in pressurized reservoirs.
- Any damage resulting from inapproprate use of the article through abuse, negligence or incompetence.

For warranty purposes any article that is not an airsoft/airgun pistol or rifle replica or paintball marker is considered to be an accessory, including grenade launchers and grenades and any items purchased either separately or included with the replica by the manufacturer.

Any external or cosmetic damage caused by the user or a third party after the item has been received is the responsibility of the user and does not fall under the shop or the manufacturer's warranty.

No returns are accepted unless they fall under the warranty specified above. No item is refundable or exchangeable after an order has been completed. If your item malfunctions under the conditions specified in the warranty please contact us at support@divisionxp.com before attempting to return the item. Please note that while the parts and labour cost of repairing a malfunctioning item under warranty will be covered by Division XP, all insurance and shipping fees must be covered by the client to both send and receive the item. In the case of items received that do not correspond to the item ordered, Division XP will cover the cost of sending the correct replacement and the return of the incorrect item if required. In any case where a return is required, you must first contact us at support@divisionxp.com and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) that will need to be displayed very clearly on the outside of the parcel. Any parcel that is sent without this RMA visible will be refused and returned at your expense. Any returned items must be in their original packaging and including any parts or accessories supplied when originally purchased. If items are returned from an order that was shipped free due to exceeding the $75 before tax threshold and the value of the order then drops below the threshold, then they will be credited less a $20 plus tax shipping charge.

In the event of the receiver being unavailable at the address provided and the order being subsequently unclaimed and returned to Division XP, it can be resent for an additional $30+TX fee. Should the customer wish to cancel the order altogether, there will be a $20+TX fee as well as restocking fee equivalent to 10% of the order total. If the original order was sent with free shipping, a further $20+TX fee plus any supplementary charges will be applied to cover this cost.

Any information you provide us, be it your name, e-mail or postal address will only be used for the required transaction in confidence and not provided to any third party without your prior consent. Always use a charger made to charge LiPo packs.
Ensure that charging leads are connected correctly. Reverse charging can lead to cell damage or a fire or explosion.
Always charge LiPo batteries on surfaces that won't catch on fire such as cement, steel, ceramic or stone. Wooden tables and carpeted floors are not recommended charging surfaces.
Do not charge batteries near flammable products or liquids.
Never charge a LiPo battery while inside your replica or other electronic device. If it catches fire it can lead to total destruction of the item it is being charged in.
LiPo batteries should be charged within a temperature range of 0C to 50C. Batteries charged outside this temperature range may experience leakage, heat generation or cell damage.
Never leave a charging lithium polymer battery pack unattended.
Do not charge inside an automobile, especially while driving.
Do not store batteries inside an automobile.
If unsure of the charge rating, never charge a lithium polymer battery pack at a rate over 1C (1 x the battery packs rated capacity).
Never charge a LiPo pack that has ballooned or swelled due to over / under charging or from a crash.
Never charge a lithium polymer battery pack that has been punctured or damaged in a crash.
Never, under any circumstances let the positive and negative battery leads touch each other. It can lead to cell ballooning, cell damage or fire or an explosion.
Have a fire extinguisher near the charging area or a large bucket of dry sand. Do not try to extinguish with water.
If you notice your LiPo battery pack is swelling, stop the charging process immediately, put the battery in a safe container and observe it for 15 minutes.
Always charge your Lipo battery packs in a Lipo charging safe bag.

Keep LiPo battery packs out of reach of children.
Do not put battery packs in pockets or bags where they can short circuit.
Do not store or transport batteries where they can come into contact with sharp or metallic objects.
Do not store your LiPo pack in extreme temperatures below 0C or above 50C.
Always store your LiPo pack in a safe and non flammable container away from flammable objects. A LiPo Sack or metal / ceramic storage container is best. Always store your LiPo\'s partially charged. They will maintain their performance levels over time and there\'s no need to cycle them unless stored for periods longer than 3-6 months.
Do not immerse the battery in water or allow the battery to get wet.
Do not dispose of in fire or heat.
When storing batteries for extended periods, store at a half charged state.
To dispose of a LiPo battery, discharge it fully then place it in a bucket of salt water for one week. To dispose of, follow your municipal battery disposal guidelines.
