Warranty apply to the original purchaser only. Division XP offers a 7-day limited warranty on accessories. Our warranty cancels and replaces the manufacturer's warranty upon your request when you first request repair, and covers manufacturing defects and operational failures that may occur after normal use as defined by Division XP. You can thus benefit from a greatly reduced repair time as well as our expertise and stock of repair parts. If you wish to benefit from the legal guarantee of the manufacturer instead, we can try to contact them for you or give you the necessary contacts to make your request. But in no case Division XP can be held responsible for any refusal, delays or additional cost that the manufacturer may impose. Be aware, however, that most of the manufacturers are in Asian countries and that the simple cost of transport will undoubtedly be prohibitive. To ensure that any item sent is in perfect working order, all accessories are thoroughly tested before being dispatched. Pressurized containers such as gas chargers are tested for any possible leaks. When paying, you can request that any items you have ordered are not tampered with or tested, but please note that in this case we cannot offer you any guarantees. An item must have been used as recommended by the manufacturer and the store and within the scope of proper use. For example, firing blanks (without bbs) or full-auto for too long breaks internal parts and will invalidate the warranty. Likewise, gas chargers are fragile and are always tested when sold, a later gas leak not being covered. An accessory incompatible with a replica is in no way guaranteed, exchangeable or refundable. In particular the loaders, guns, engines, hop-up, etc...
Any use carried out under abnormal conditions cancels all guarantees on the article, for example (non-exhaustive list):
- The use of poor quality ammunition other than unpolished or incorrectly sized BBs
- The use of propane instead of green gas in an airsoft replica
- Disassembly or attempted repair by someone who is not officially approved by Division XP
- The use of batteries of poor quality or polarity or having a voltage higher than that recommended by the manufacturer
Furthermore, the warranty does not cover:
- Items purchased for the exclusive purpose of resale or rental
- Breakage of parts that may wear prematurely depending on the use made of them, such as hop-up units and other seals, motor, batteries, fuses, etc...
- Breakage of adjustment screws or levers which may have been forced into an inappropriate position
- Gas leaks on pressurized tanks
- Any damage resulting from improper use of the article, by abuse, incompetence or negligence
Any item that is not an airsoft replica is considered an accessory, including grenades and grenade launchers and any item purchased separately or included by the manufacturer with the replica.
Any external damage or cosmetic changes caused by the user or any third party after receipt of the item becomes the sole responsibility of the user and is not covered in any way by the store's or manufacturer's warranty.

We ship anywhere in Canada. All orders totalling $150 or more before taxes are shipped 100% free. Order with oversized articles is subject to a fixed special handling fee of $35, that applies to the entire order irrespective of the number of items. Orders totalling $149.99 of less before taxes are shipped at a flat rate of $20 + Tax. These offers do not apply to areas served by Air Stage Offices including but not limited to these addresses* in which case shipping will be calculated after the order is processed and will have to be paid separately.
Shipping is typically through Purolator or Canada Post Expedited Parcel (our choice), fully insured and signed for shipped from our premises within maximum 3 working days of the order being confirmed. While taking all reasonable care to ensure orders arrive in a correct and timely fashion, Division XP cannot take responsibility for any errors on behalf of transport agencies resulting in missing or damaged items but will assist with insurance claims in such cases. The responsibility for honouring insurance claims remains with the transport agency and Division XP will not accept liability in the event of partial or complete refusals of such claims. If a delivery cannot be completed because you are not there, not available or because of a mistake you made (wrong address, etc...), all costs for return and possibly shipping again will be at your cost.
For high volume/weight shipments, we reserve the right to use a different carrier of our choice, however you will be contacted beforehand for confirmation. If you prefer to use a carrier of your choice, please let us know at checkout and we will wait for you to contact us describing your preferences. The cost of shipping in that case will need to be paid separately once it is calculated. We do not currently offer international shipping through our website but you can contact us at support@divisionxp.com for particular cases. We do our best to ensure the accuracy of our online inventory but if for whatever reason we are unable to provide the products you ordered, we will be happy to either refund the value of the unavailable goods immediately or provide credit for the value of the unavailable item + 10%. If the unavailable item reduces the value of the order to 74.99$ or less before taxes, it will still be shipped for free if it was originally eligible for free shipping.
